The practice and deepening of cultural expressions serve as a tool for the development of healthy self-esteem, a powerful identity and the awareness that despite the fact that we are a plural, diverse, broad and complex collective, differences feed tolerance and perspective positively promoting the strengthening of the same group, of the same community.
Even more, through cultural expressions, the story narrated by the people themselves is rescued, spaces are rescued to heal and forge changes in society, eradicating racial and gender prejudices through innovation and evolution in dance while respecting the foundations of this ancient movement.
